1. Coverage: Our mobile mechanic car repair warranty covers the repairs and services performed by our ASE certified mechanics for a period of 12-month or 12,000-mileage, whichever comes first. The warranty coverage includes parts and labor.
Note: Warranty period for oil changes is limited to 90-days or 3,000-miles

5. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover repairs or services that are required as a result of accidents, misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover repairs or services performed by unauthorized individuals or third-party service providers.
6. Claims Process: To make a warranty claim, the customer must present their original invoice or receipt as proof of service. Our company reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and assess the validity of the claim.
7. Warranty Repairs: If a covered repair is needed, our company will provide the necessary repairs at no cost to the customer, including both parts and labor.
8. Warranty Transferability: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who had the repair or service performed.
9. Limitations: A to Z Express Mobile Mechanics reserves the right to limit or void the warranty coverage if there is evidence of tampering, modifications, or improper use of the vehicle.
